Heat Treatment
Every bearing goes through the heat treatment process as required by the design and application. Our
heat treatment uses shaker hearth furnaces with electronically controlled atmosphere, continuous and pit type furnaces for
tempering and also includes a sub zero treatment plant along with salt bath furnaces for case carburizing and hardening of
large diameter components.

Metrological Testing
Our facility has a in-house R&D staffed by well qualified engineers, a metallurgical lab using the finest gauges to
critically follow the material behavior after every process. Our investment in the areas of testing and measuring and high
quality technical training of our employees along with input from our customers has resulted in manufacturing the highest
quality bearing.
